Dear colleagues, due to several requests for an extension of the nomination deadline, we are adjusting the timeline as follows:
Elections Timeline
The following timeline will be followed:
March 8th – Circulate Information Letter # 1 to membership
March 15th – Call for nominations opens
April 22nd – Closing date for nominations
May 5th – Open the online form for vote casting
May 21st – Closing date for election votes
May 30th – Finalize results of elections
June 26th – Announcement of the election results at the Biennial Conference in Michigan and on the iEMSs website
Eligibility
Please note that only active members are eligible to participate in the elections, both as voters and candidates. An active membership means that you have an activated membership status on the iEMSs website (either having purchased an individual membership, or having attended iEMSs 2022 in Brussels and activated your complimentary membership as instructed after the event). In addition, you need to be logged in to the site with your membership account to access the forms.

- Dr. Ibrahim Demir, Robert and Virginia Wheeler Faculty Fellow and Associate Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering, College of Engineering, The University of Iowa
